Accounting and Sales Support (w/m/d) – Full Time Position

Your tasks:

  • Book and manage invoices, make bank transfers
  • Manage and process data for transfer to the tax office
  • Receipt, processing and handling of customer inquiries and orders
  • Clarification of shipping-related issues (internal and external)
  • Professional support from the sales force
  • Support of the central customer / sales database


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training (f / m / d)
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and order processing
  • Professional experience in internal sales, preferably in the international area, would be desirable
  • You are enthusiastic about technical issues
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
  • A systematic and goal-oriented way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
  • A high degree of customer orientation, initiative, flexibility and resilience
